1. Terms Acceptance

Welcome to PropVista. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the website, products, and services provided by PropVista. By signing up, creating an account, posting properties, paying for inspections, or making investments through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you represent a corporate entity, real estate agency, or development company, you certify that you have the authorization to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

2. Registration and Account Security

To access certain features of the platform, including posting properties, booking inspections, and investing via Buy2Sell, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification flow in order to gain access to premium features (including wallet funding, property acquisitions, and Buy2Sell investment projects).
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect or detect any security breach or unauthorized activity on your account.

3. Property Listings and Content

Agents and property developers listing on PropVista agree that:

• All uploaded images, prices, titles, documents, and coordinates must be accurate, verified, and not misleading.
• You must possess the proper legal title, mandate, or agency agreement before listing any property for Rent, Sale, or Short Let.
• We reserve the right to review, suspend, or delete any listing that violates local laws, contains offensive materials, or receives fraud reports.

4. Payments, Inspections, and Wallet

PropVista employs a secure virtual wallet system for payment and inspection processing:

• Wallet Funding: Users fund their virtual wallets via integrated payment processors. Funded amounts can be used for inspections, lease renewals, or Buy2Sell investment purchases.
• Inspection Fees: Standard physical inspection fees must be paid prior to scheduling an inspection. This fee goes to coordinate logistics and support the agent. Inspection fees are non-refundable once the inspection date has been confirmed and scheduled.
• Installments & Leases: Outright purchase installments and lease renewal payments must be made on or before their due dates to prevent penalties or cancellation of agreements.

5. Buy2Sell Fractional Investments

Our Buy2Sell module allows users to participate in fractional real estate investments:

• Fractional Interest: By buying shares in an investment project, you acquire a fractional interest in that project. This does not confer direct physical ownership of the property.
• Maturity & ROI: Guaranteed ROI rates and maturity periods are specified for each project. Profits will be paid to your virtual wallet upon maturity.
• Rollover Options: You may toggle the auto-rollover feature on your active investments. If enabled, the capital will automatically reinvest in the next available project cycle upon maturity.

6. Referrals, MLM, and Tokens

Users who participate in the PropVista referral and gamified token economy agree to:

• Only refer genuine individuals. Creating duplicate accounts or spamming referral links to earn MLM commission bonuses or token rewards is strictly prohibited and will result in wallet suspension.
• Verify social media shares and tasks. Falsified proof submissions will be audited and rejected, and repeated offenses will lead to account termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropVista, its directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or inability to access the service, transactions between users and agents, or fluctuations in real estate values.
